Economic care can increase the confidence and self-esteem of the tribal community. That is why we have helped tribal families to become financially independent by earning their livelihood. Our encouragement and assistance have helped tribes to find a consistent source of income from handicrafts and farming activities.

At ITCT, our team has strengthened the role of tribal youth and women for economic growth. We believe our country can truly develop when we empower our women. For women empowerment, we have distributed threads and sewing machines to the tribal families. Women of these families have found a source of income by using these sewing items.

By promoting sustainable livelihood, we have made tribes more self-reliant. Now, lots of tribes have become engaged in different activities, including weaving, spinning, basket making, metalwork, and wooden tools designing. The agricultural and non-agricultural sectors in the tribal region have offered employment opportunities to tribes.
